Because our items are produced in small batches — and some are made specifically for you — we operate a thoughtful but limited return policy.

When We Accept Returns

We gladly accept returns or replacements if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • Your item is defective
  • You received the wrong item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Return Process

Approved returns must be sent back within 14 days

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customers cover return shipping unless the issue was our mistake
  • Items that are custom-made or personalized cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

This is part of keeping our work small, intentional, and sustainable.
