ThreadedCraft is a small, independent studio producing apparel in limited batches.
We are not a mass retailer, which means our processes may look different — and we believe transparency matters because of that.
Placing an Order
When you place an order, you’re asking us to begin production and preparation for that item.
We may occasionally need to:
- Cancel an order due to inventory limitations
- Correct pricing or listing errors
- Decline orders that appear fraudulent or abusive
If this ever happens, you will be notified and fully refunded.
We never keep funds for orders we can’t fulfill.
Product Expectations
We do our best to represent our products accurately through photos, descriptions, and sizing guides.
Please note:
Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen
Printed garments may show minor variations due to small-batch production
These variations are part of what makes each piece unique — not defective.
