At ThreadedCraft, every order is handled with care.
We don’t rush production — we focus on doing it right.
Because we work in small batches, each piece is printed, checked, and packed intentionally before it ever leaves our studio.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
This time allows us to:
- Prepare garments properly
- Inspect prints for quality
- Pack orders carefully, not mechanically
During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer — if that happens, we’ll always communicate with you.
Shipping Times (After Dispatch)
Once your order ships, delivery times are estimated as follows:
United States: 5–12 business days
Canada: 8–20 business days
International: 10–25 business days
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs, or seasonal volume may cause delays beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear once the label is created.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, don’t worry — this can be normal. If you ever feel unsure, just reach out to us.
International Orders
For orders shipped outside the United States:
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.
These charges are determined by your local government.
Customers are responsible for any additional fees.
We wish we could control this part — unfortunately, we can’t.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us via email service@threadedcraft.com.
We’ll look into it and help however we can.
